I spilt wine on my new macbook. then:
- panicked
- soaked up the liquid with paper towels
- left macbook upside-down to dry
- tried turning it on each day, but it didn't work again until after 2 days
- followed an ifixit tutorial to take macbook apart to clean inside
- followed a flickr tutorial to clean the keyboard/under the keys
- broke a scissor component while cleaning
- travelled long & far to apple store genius bar
- genius replaced the broken scissor
- some keys are still a bit sticky and dumb but
- hey at least it works
- the end.
